Two days to wait for Advertiser,@12/22/2017 Carol Welch
I absent-mindedly used for fuel,
though I needed an advisor,
to replace needed renewal.
I had quickly burned the wood up,
loved the cozy ambiance.
Now to find supply, I'm stood up,
not by supplier, but my missed chance.
Shall I call the one who prints it,
the free paper that I seek,
or have patience, subtly hints it,
would last should I, austere, eke.
Just be thankful says my conscience,
gas supply will see you through.
Insisting on wood fire is nonsense
when you have a lot to do.
Just a word to inner voice,
"Make best of it, or make a choice."
